We make our sausages in house. Start with a bratwurst or a cheddarwurst, go hotter with the habanero chicken, or split a sampler and try three. Duck fat fries, pretzels, and potato pancakes fill out the table, and the Beyond Brat and falafel dog have the vegetarians covered. On weekends, brunch brings chorizo tacos and Belgian waffles.

A liter of German beer, a house-made sausage, and a seat at a long table with whoever you brought. We pour Hofbrau, Paulaner, and Warsteiner by the half liter or the full liter, inside the hall or out in the beer garden. Come on a Monday and every sausage is half price.
